Guanajuato contará con células de búsqueda de personas en los 46 municipios
Guanajuato, Gto. a 7 de marzo de 2022. El Poder Ejecutivo de Estado de Guanajuato a través de la Titular de la Secretaría de Gobierno, Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo y el Comisionado Estatal de Búsqueda de Personas, Héctor Díaz Esquerra, concluyeron las firmas de convenio con las y los 46 presidentes municipales de la entidad para la Creación y Operación de Grupos de Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas, denominados “Células Municipales de Búsqueda”.
Estas Células serán integradas por servidoras y servidores públicos del ámbito estatal y municipal que atenderán de manera inmediata los reportes de personas desaparecidas, incluyendo aquellas con enfoque diferenciado, como la búsqueda de niñas, adolescentes y/o mujeres, además de cumplir en todo momento con el Protocolo Homologado para la Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas y No Localizadas.
Otro de los objetivos de este convenio es la capacitación de los grupos especializados que se conformen en los municipios, con la finalidad de impulsar y ejecutar acciones que tengan como eje central la búsqueda de personas desaparecidas, siempre garantizando los derechos humanos de las víctimas directas y sus familiares.
Lo anterior permitirá también que las autoridades intercambien la información necesaria, a fin de garantizar la disponibilidad inmediata del personal especializado y capacitado en materia de búsqueda.
La Secretaria de Gobierno reiteró el compromiso de Gobierno del Estado en este tema al ser de la más alta prioridad para la actual administración, además de agradecer el compromiso de las alcaldesas y alcaldes de los 46 municipios.
Agregó que el fenómeno de las desapariciones nos lastima profundamente como sociedad y que el compromiso de las autoridades es seguir fortaleciendo las acciones de búsqueda y estar a la altura de la lucha de las buscadoras.
En las firmas de los convenios participaron las buscadoras Evelina Guzmán Castañeda del colectivo “Justicia y Esperanza”, además de María Concepción Sierra del colectivo “Luz y Justicia”; el Procurador de los Derechos Humanos en el Estado, Vicente Esqueda Méndez; Elvira Paniagua Rodríguez, Subsecretaria de Vinculación y Desarrollo Político. además de las alcaldesas y alcaldes de los municipios de: Atarjea, Santa Catarina, Dr. Mora, Tierra Blanca, Xichú, Victoria San José Iturbide, San Luis de la Paz, Ocampo, San Felipe; Dolores Hidalgo, Cuna de la Independencia Nacional; San Miguel de Allende, San Diego de la Unión y Santiago Maravatío.
